In a cocktail shaker, add the first three ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with bitters and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
Editor's Note
Pineapple juice and amaretto create a tropical, nutty profile. A splash of lemon juice would sharpen the finish.
