It has been a busy couple of weeks. Fall is in full swing, with lots of pumpkin patches, apple orchards, and trunk or treats happening. Football games to watch and family gatherings as well to add to it all. But sometimes there just needs to be a time carved out for a good cocktail and to just relax, take a deep breath, and rewind. Rinse the inside of a chilled cocktail coupe with absinthe and set aside. In a cocktail shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into the prepared coupe. Garnish with a dried orange wheel and enjoy!
