Red, white, and booze - this one’s got American summer written all over it. Inspired by the classic Boston Cooler (think a Tom Collins, but with rum leading the charge), I wanted to take things a step further and bring in another all-American favorite… hops. The result? Editor's Note
Hops bitters lend a crisp, bitter‑floral edge to a classic rum Collins, turning it into a summer backyard sipper.

What a fantastic concept! Bringing the character of hops into a Rum Collins is such a creative idea. This sounds like the perfect refreshing drink for a summer BBQ. Cheers!
