Canadian whisky reminds me of cold winter nights, ice hockey, and searching for a warm fire. But it's August and my bottle of Stalk & Barrel Canadian Whisky wasn't going to drink itself so I found the perfect drink that brings it poolside. This refreshing cocktail tastes like sunshine and lemonade. With the addition of Limoncello, I'm imagining myself in Italy, on the Amalfi Coast, with no crowds. Happy Summer 🌞🕶️
