Tropical pineapple and creamy orgeat blend seamlessly with the bright acidity of verjus. A touch of oak-aged non-alcoholic spirit adds a sophisticated, woody depth to this refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl
    Gnista Barreled Oak
  • 10 cl
    Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cl
    Verjus
  • 1 cl
    Monin Orgeat Syrup

Instructions

  • Garnish

    • Mint sprig and dehydrated lime

  • Build

    • Shaken, strained
