Every March 29th is International Mermaid Day! A day to let one’s imagination run wild with these mythical (or real?) creatures. Here are a few ideas to celebrate with Find a rock to sunbath on with a snorkel and goggles. Look for treasure on the ocean floor. Try acrobatics underwater. Or a safer, and maybe less embarrassing, way is to enjoy this cocktail. Bonus if you can do it poolside or at the beach! In a cocktail shaker start by muddling 2 strawberries. Then add Amaro, Lemon Juice, Syrup and Glitter. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass with a bar spoon of each BobaPOPs already in the glass. Gently top with Indigo Gin and garnish with a lemon end with a few more BobaPOPs. Enjoy!
