Slam a Rocks glass on your bar mat as hard as you physically can... please don't actually. Set aside some vanilla cream. Build in glass without ice and give it a little spin. Add crushed ice until it reaches just below the top of the glass. Slowly float your cream using your bar spoon back. Grate some whole nutmeg over the cocktail evenly. Oh man this sounds fantastic. I really want to try to recreate. How do you make your Cafe De Olla syrup ? And do you buy a Vanilla heavy cream or do you infuse it with fresh vanilla bean ?
