I don’t know about you, but I can’t drink champagne all night on New Year’s Eve, so I came up with this.

Ingredients

2 oz
Saxton’s Snowdrop American Gin

1 oz
Vermont Phoebus Vermouth

0.5 oz
Domain De Canton Ginger Liqueur

2 dash(es)
Hella Ginger Bitters

2 dash(es)
Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with a twist of lemon, expelling the oils over the glass. *If you’re not able to pick up Vermont Vermouth locally, sub another Bianco vermouth, preferably, or a sweet vermouth.
