No Thyme to Dine

Submitted on: June 4, 2025
This cocktail is a refreshingly dry delight—perfect for warm evenings and summer grilling sessions. The aromatic thyme garnish adds a beautiful herbal note with every sip. I’ve tried similar martini-style drinks with a splash of tonic or sparkling water to stretch them into longer, more refreshing sips—and it’s a game-changer. A great pre-dinner drink to enjoy while the grill heats up!

In a Collins glass, add all ingredients and stir gently to combine. Garnish with fresh thyme to enhance the sip.
Editor's Note
Mezcal and dry vermouth meet in this low-ABV highball. A fresh thyme garnish provides an aromatic lift to this summer-ready aperitif.
