Combine all ingredients in a shaker or mixing glass. Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Rich Banana Syrup: Cut up a banana peel. Then, combine double the weight of sugar with the cut-up banana peel. Let it sit for two days and add 2 oz of Everclear. Then add the same amount of water as the weight of the sugar.
