Loved these flavors together, especially with the cocktail topped with rhubarb bitters. You get that nice rhubarb smell as you drink the cocktail, and the drink evolves as those bitters mix into the drink.

In an Old Fashioned glass, add mint, peaches, and sugar. Muddle together making sure the sugar is dissolved. Add bourbon and pack with crushed ice. Garnish with Rhubarb Bitters and a mint sprig. The peach pit is optional. Enjoy!
