I’ve seen some peach and coffee combinations around a few coffee shops and always thought that was interesting. I made a cocktail last summer with the cold brew coffee liqueur with tonic and thought that was one of the best combinations with tonic I’ve ever had. And who doesn’t love a good old fashioned Irish Coffee? Combining those three ideas is what you get here, and it was absolutely delightful. You could substitute the cold brew liqueur with espresso, and it would work nicely as well.

Editor's Note
Peach‑rosemary syrup meets whiskey and coffee liqueur, while tonic lifts it into a bright summer highball.

This sounds like such a unique and refreshing combination! Do you happen to have the recipe for that peach rosemary syrup so others can try making this at home?

This sounds absolutely incredible. What are your specs for the peach rosemary syrup?
