Last night, I needed something medicinal for a **retchy** cold I’ve been getting over. Obviously I knew the perfect drink for that!

To make the honey syrup, add a 1:1 ratio of honey and water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Store it in a clean jar in your fridge for later use. For the cocktail, add all ingredients aside from the Islay Scotch to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Float the Islay Scotch on top. Garnish with half a lemon wheel and get well soon!
