This is one of the first cocktails I ever came up with and I always thought it was missing something. I recently got some new ingredients to try out and thought they would work perfectly here. I swapped the ginger syrup out for a liqueur and added honey syrup for some earthy sweetness to make this light and refreshing floral summer drink!

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
Hibiscus and ginger liqueurs meet lavender-infused honey in this vibrant, floral gin sour. Served over crushed ice, it is a refreshing summer standout.
