I made a cocktail last week with a gin and rum combination, which was a great flavor combination. And I thought I would keep that profile going with a Collins cocktail. I was going to use a regular light rum, but just as my hand reached out to grab it, the glitter from Dented Brick Distillery caught my eye in their Glitter Pineapple Rum. It was the right decision, and just the added pop of pineapple for this drink. And let’s be honest, gorgeous!

Editor's Note
Glitter pineapple rum adds tropical sparkle to a gin‑rum Collins, while Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur deepens the cherry nuance for a bright summer fizz.
