Credit for this cocktail goes to the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, USA. Mobsters opened this hotel on the strip in the mid 1940, the last original build was demolished is 1993. But this fun tropical cocktail continues on long after all the original buildings are gone.

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients except the boba. Shake with ice and either serve up in a coupe as the original recipe calls for or strain over fresh ice. Add boba giving it a stir, garnish with a dried pineapple half moon and enjoy!
