We don't work much with Port. Time to change that. This Rose' Port from Delaforce sort of tastes like Aperol, but without the bitter aspect. We love our Negronis, so we made a Pink Negroni riff. We used this port instead of Aperol. We used Jenever instead of Gin. For vermouth, we stuck with a Bianco. Big shout out to Noon & Moon for sending us this amazing Martini glass. We are obsessed with how the stem looks. It has become one of our go to glass choices when enjoying a beverage at home.

Lightly muddle basil leaf in a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients and ice. Stir to proper dilution and strain.
Editor's Note
Genever and Bianco vermouth meet in this Negroni riff, trading traditional bitterness for the floral, berry-forward profile of Rose Port. A single basil leaf provides a sharp, herbaceous finish.

This sounds great! May I ask why you decided to replace the gin with genever?
