Dakota Gayken, Polite Provisions This martini is inspired by a trip to Barcelona. Overlooking the Mediterranean from Martinez balcony during dinner, we couldn’t stop talking about a visit to our favorite bar, Lilith and Sons. We found ourselves captivated by Lilith's ingenious menu celebrating influential women. Now, back in the embrace of San Diego, this cocktail pays homage to that inspiration, infusing our local scene with the same innovative spirit - The Kate Sessions.
