A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Garnish with the lime wheel For the Chai Tea Syrup, boil 1.25 cups of water, remove from heat, and steep 2 bags of Tazo Organic Chai Tea for 5 hours. Strain, then take 1 cup of tea and bring to a boil, remove from heat, and whisk in 2 cups of sugar until incorporated. Let cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
Editor's Note
Jamaican rum's signature funk meets the warm, tannic spice of chai. A seasonal riff that balances intensity with a clean, classic structure.
