Pyroclastic Flow

I had some left over guava syrup and cream of coconut so I threw this taste tipple together. I was a big fan of the Lei Lani Nouveau in Smugglers Cove so this is kind of a riff on that. The guava and coconut help showcase the funky Cachaca and Agricole Rum

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
Cachaça and unaged agricole rum bring a grassy, vegetal funk to this tropical riff. Cream of coconut and guava syrup provide a velvety, fruit-forward balance.
