May the Force be with your glass tonight. Crafted by Timothy Miner at NYC’s Long Island Bar, this Star Wars–inspired cocktail is a bold twist on the classic Boulevardier. Campari trades places with Cynar, bringing earthy depth, while mole bitters add a whisper of spiced chocolate. A high-proof bourbon base gives it just the right amount of kick. Originally garnished with an orange twist, but I went with lemon. The Rebellion improvises. Here’s to 47 years of cultural legacy, galactic adventures...

In a mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir with ice until chilled. Pour into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice and garnish with an orange peel expression. Enjoy!
