I’ve tried several swizzles now and this may be my favorite. It helps to use a high-quality rum and I recommend The Bitter Truth Golden Falernum.

Combine ingredients in a Collins glass with crushed ice. Spin a swizzle stick or bar spoon in the glass to stir. Garnish with a mint bouquet and an orange slice.
