Just in time for this Michigan heat wave—meet Satin in a Coffin, a smoky mezcal riff on a classic Mai Tai, created by Holly Smith at Redlight in Bellingham, WA. 🌺🌵 Now, Mai Tais are already one of my go-to tropical favorites, but swap in mezcal and suddenly it’s got this earthy, smoky depth that takes it to another level.
