I've always been partial to reimagining classic cocktails using modern techniques. The Saturn is absolutely a tiki classic and one of the very few that calls for gin. As I make a contemporary-style gin designed with a Saturn in mind, I spent the day reimagining other ways to pay tribute to a cocktail I so dearly love.

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a Nick & Nora. Garnish appropriately!
