Homemade curry mango cordial 2 lbs chopped mango 175 gm white sugar 75 gm Apricot preserve 500 ml 151 proof rum 300 ml REAL Mango puree 100 ml water 1 Habanero pepper 1 tbsp. Curry powder 250 ml Saffron Liqueur In a deep metal baking pan, combine chopped mangos and sugar. Mix well. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a 320-degree oven for 1 ½ hours. Remove and let cool.
