Run a sharp knife under hot water, dry the knife off once warm, and it should cut nicely through the top of the ears. Next, add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into the bunny with a funnel. Top with whipped cream to hide the hole in the ears, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!
Editor's Note
A playful, seasonal dessert cocktail served inside a hollow chocolate bunny. Cinnamon and sea salt provide a necessary edge to the rich chocolate-cream base.
