Start by using the absinthe to rinse the inside of a rocks glass, discarding the excess. Fill with ice and set aside. In a cocktail shaker add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into prepared rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary, or in this case thyme because that’s what I had on hand. Enjoy!
