Last night I was craving something warming, delicious and not too complicated. This one doesn’t have too many ingredients, but it makes up for it in presentation and would be excellent during the holidays.

For the cocktail, stir all ingredients with ice and strain over a large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with an orange peel (expressed over the glass of course). Smoking the drink will depend on what you have on hand. I have the @breville smoking gun and cloche, so I placed my drinks under the cloche and piped in applewood smoke.
