Smokey Harvest Apple Cider

This cocktail showcases the homemade cinnamon whiskey I shared last week. After five days of infusing with cinnamon, simple syrup, and Masala chai tea—plus an additional three days with dried chili peppers—it’s safe to say I won’t be repurchasing certain popular cinnamon whiskeys. The result is hands-down incredible, with deep, layered flavors. I highly recommend making your own; the taste is unmatched!

Editor's Note
Masala chai and chili-infused whiskey bring a complex, spicy depth to this fall-forward sour. The mezcal adds a necessary smoky edge to the apple and maple base.
