Tropical passionfruit and zesty lemon blend with a bold, smokey depth. Crisp cucumber and spicy ginger beer add a refreshing effervescence, finished with a hint of cayenne heat.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz
    OPTIMIST Smokey
  • 1 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz
    Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1-2 dashes
    Spicy Bitters
  • 4
    Slices Cucumber
  • 2 oz
    Hibiscus Ginger Beer
  • Pinch Of Cayenne Pepper (or Not)

Instructions

  • Garnish

    • Garnish with a cucumber spear or a passiflora if you're lucky

  • Build

    • Muddled, strained

  • Glass
