Think French Quarter meets tiki bar. This cocktail takes the soul of a Sazerac and sails it straight into the tropics with a hit of falernum. The spice and warmth play perfectly with fruity Peychaud’s and that classic absinthe whisper. A bright pop of lemon peel on top ties it all together. It’s bold, it’s playful, and it feels right at home whether you’re on Bourbon Street or a beachside tiki hut.

Editor's Note
Rye meets falernum in this Sazerac-inspired hybrid. The absinthe rinse provides a sharp, aromatic contrast to the spiced, tropical depth of the whiskey base.
