Looking around I’ve seen this cocktail made in a few different ways. Mostly served up or served over ice topped with tonic water. Both ways are great. I even tried different gins. My favorite was San Miguel from Old Harbor Distilling with notes of lime, cilantro, and cucumbers.

Editor's Note
A heavy hand of Angostura bitters transforms this gin sour into a spiced, effervescent highball. Honey syrup provides a rich, floral backbone that stands up to the tonic's crisp bite.

I am definitely making this one, love the tonic addition. I have only had the up version, so this will be a treat.
