I stole this recipe from Empress Gin, but there is nothing I don’t love about this pretty drink! Just enough flavor, and it’s not too sweet. Perfect for the holidays!

Rim champagne glass with honey and sugar crystals. Set aside. Put the gin, plum brandy, and lemon juice in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well and strain into the rimmed champagne glasses. Top off with Sparkling wine and enjoy!
