Ride the wild surf with this Surfer Boy cocktail🌊This original Fun Craft Cocktails tiki cocktail was inspired by Club Kokomo Rum, founded by Mike Love of The Beach Boys. I used their amazing Barrel Finished Rum, which won the 95-point double gold medal at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits competition. It is a blend of 8 and 10-year-old Jamaican, Barbadian, and Dominican rums, aged in oak, ex-whiskey, and port casks, and has the flavors of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, and whiskey.

1. Add the barrel-finished rum, white rum, blue curaçao, guava nectar, pineapple juice, passion fruit syrup, cinnamon syrup, lime juice, and cream of coconut to a cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Shake to combine and strain into a crushed ice filled hurricane glass. 3. Add the whipped cream to top and grate nutmeg over the whipped cream. Add a fun straw. Cheers!🍹

Barrel-finished rum brings caramel and stone fruit depth to this tropical hurricane. Cinnamon and nutmeg add a warm, spiced finish to the creamy, fruit-forward profile.
