I have a tendency to go a little overboard and make too many syrups and infusions at one time. This cocktail was made to clear out some space in my bar lol This is one spicy cocktail 🔥 The Szechuan and Jalapeno fight for control of your taste buds. The Jalapeno starts off strong but is finally tamed by the Szechuan in the end

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
Szechuan pepper and jalapeno collide in this high-heat Sling. Pineapple and ginger provide a tropical backbone to this complex, spice-forward build.

This sounds like an incredible, high-heat experience! Do you happen to have the recipe for your Pineapple Ginger Syrup so others can try making this at home?
