This is a blackberry and pineapple rum cocktail. It incorporates muddled blackberries for some tartness and pineapple juice for its sweetness with the added kick of the Glitter Pineapple from Dented Brick Distillery. This adds a slight shimmer to the cocktail that is fun for any party. This cocktail also has an added surprise kick of heat from the Habanero Bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 ozDark Rum
- 1 ozDented Brick Glitter Pineapple Rum
- .5 ozCointreau
- .25 ozSimple Syrup
- 1 ozPineapple Juice
- .75 ozLime Juice
- 4 eaBlackberries
- 1 dash(es)Habanero Bitters

In a cocktail shaker muddle blackberries, and then add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and strain over fresh cracked ice. Garnish with a dried pineapple wheel and a blackberry.
