A delicious cocktail that is very similar to a Whiskey Sour or other cocktails like the Whiskey Cocktail. Like any classically built cocktail, the tartness from the citrus pairs wonderfully with the sweetness, in this case maple syrup. For the bitters, I used Turkish Tobacco Bitters from Fee Brothers, but Aromatic Bitters will do.
Ingredients
- 2 ozStalk & Barrel Canadian Whisky
- .75 ozCointreau
- .75 ozLemon Juice
- .5 ozMaple Syrup
- 2 dash(es)Turkish Tobacco Bitters

In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a dried lemon wheel and enjoy!
