This is a Fall/ Winter time drink that is very comforting. I named it after fall and the drink is so well balanced it reminds me of perfection, which is where angel comes from. This drink came with a lot more prep than I expected, but gosh was it worth it. First is the taste of winter spice and pomegranate, then you get the bite of the grapefruit without it being tart.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz
Silver Tequila

3/4 oz
Super Lemon Juice

1/2 oz
Spiced Pomegranate Simple Syrup

1/2 oz
Giffard Pamplemousse

1/4 oz
Homemade Cinnamon Grapefruit Jucie

Tequila anchors a complex sour where spiced pomegranate and bright grapefruit create a seasonal handoff from fall to winter. A torched cinnamon stick adds the final aromatic touch.
