Spirit Forward

Bitter

I wanted to create a riff on. Hanky Panky cocktail for Junipero Gin’s Martini Week. This cocktail starts juicy and finishes with a bite of bitter.

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange peel over the drink and use as a garnish.

Editor's Note

A bold, bitter-forward riff on the Hanky Panky. The interplay between Cocchi Americano and Pathfinder creates a complex, lingering finish.
