Thin Mint and Bourbon

One of the most popular Girl Scout cookies is made into a cocktail. Made even better with homemade Creme De Menthe and a couple of cream liqueurs. I used the Chocolate Coffee from Mozart Chocolate Liqueur USA but either their Chocolate or Dark Chocolate would be great as well. And the Bourbon Cream from Nooku Bourbon Cream goes perfectly with the chocolate.

Editor's Note
This dessert-inspired sipper leans into the classic mint-chocolate profile. Bourbon cream adds a rich, velvety body to the cooling herbal finish.

This sounds like a fun dessert cocktail! Do you happen to have the recipe for that homemade Crème De Menthe you used? I'd love to try making it from scratch.
