I follow an exceptional mixologist on Instagram and TikTok called the Thirsty Whale. I've learned a bunch from him. He made this drink and said it's "a top 5 favorite of his ever!" I figured I had to painstakingly find all the ingredients as he described them which proved difficult in rural NW Iowa. It turns out he was right! So great! Worth the effort to build this cocktail right! Check him out! Thanks, Thirsty Whale! Note: start with the cheapest ingredients first. 30 mL is ~ 1 oz.

I included instructions as given by The Thirsty Whale himself. Start with the least expensive ingredients first just in case you screw it up. Mix all ingredients in a glass with ice. With a bar spoon, stir vigorously with ice to chill, then strain over a big rock in a frozen glass. This drink needs no garnish. I personally prefer to reduce the chocolate bitters to 1 dash.
