A bright and balanced tiki-inspired sipper that’s as easy to make as it is to enjoy. Just five ingredients—normally four, but I kicked it up a notch with a dash of Xtabay Bitters from B.G. Reynolds. The result? A cocktail that’s refreshingly tropical without going overboard on the sweetness, thanks to the natural goodness of pineapple juice.

Editor's Note
Bourbon meets tropical fruit in this bright, balanced sour. Aperol and Xtabay bitters add a layer of bitter-spice complexity that keeps the sweetness in check.
