Walnut Martinez

Took a delicious detour from the classic Martinez with a little help from Orchard Groves’ Green Walnut Aperitif Wine. Think sweet vermouth, but nuttier, earthier, and buttery smooth. 🌰💚 This beauty shines on its own, but it truly came to life in this cocktail. To bring those walnut vibes front and center, I added a dash of Black Walnut Bitters. Result? Deep, rich, and oh-so-satisfying.

Editor's Note
Green walnut aperitif wine replaces traditional vermouth, lending an earthy, buttery depth to this Martinez riff. A dash of black walnut bitters anchors the profile.
