This cocktail was made originally with Hendricks Gin because of the cucumber notes and flavors. When we substituted Junipero Gin for Hendricks Gin, it elevated the drink a bit more. Juniper made this drink beautiful, elegant, and refreshing. The white cranberry, muddled cucumber, and lime combination is exactly what you need on a warm summer day!

About 16% ABV (estimate)
Add 1 Cucumber slice to a Boston Shaker. Add 7 ml simple syrup and muddle the Cucumber to extract flavors. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker. Add ice to a Boston Shaker, Shake, and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a skewered Cucumber slice.
