1. Combine ingredients in shaker tin 2. Shake vigorously with ice 3. Double strain into Coupe Glass 4. Garnish with lime wheel --- Cinnamon Simple Syrup --- Ingredients: • 1 cup Water • 1 cup Sugar • 2 Cinnamon Sticks Directions: Add water and sugar to saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, add cinnamon sticks. Steep 10 minutes. Cool, strain.
