1. Combine ingredients in shaker tin 2. Shake vigorously with ice 3. Double strain into Coupe Glass 4. Garnish with banana slice --- Spiced Simple Syrup --- Ingredients: • 1 cup Water • 1 cup Sugar • 1 tsp Allspice • 1 tsp Whole Cloves • 2 Cinnamon Sticks Directions: Add to saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Cool, strain. --- Ginger Syrup --- Ingredients: • 1/4 cup Freshly Sliced Ginger • 1 cup Water • 1/2 cup Sugar Directions: Combine in saucepan and bring to boil. Cool, strain.
