Wouldn’t it be nice…if I made another #BeachBoys cocktail? This drink, of course, is inspired by the classic song, Wouldn’t It Be Nice 🎵 Released in 1966 (a few years before I was born), the song captures the longing and idealism of young love—dreaming of the freedom and stability that comes with growing up and being together without limits. Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into chilled glass with large ice cube. Garnish with coconut flakes. *Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil in jar. Add 1 cup Campari. Shake. Allow to infuse for 2 hours, shaking occasionally. Place in freezer overnight. Strain.
