It’s basically summer here in the south, and that means tropical drinks! I’m using a delicious single pot still Irish whiskey from Writers' Tears. It’s smooth and works perfectly in this tropical cocktail. Cheers y’all!!
Ingredients
- 1.5 ozWriters Tears Single Pot Still Whiskey
- .75 ozPineapple Juice
- .5 ozLime Juice
- .5 ozRoasted Poblano Syrup
- 1 dash(es)Tiki Bitters
- 1 floatSparkling Wine
