Inspired by a classic Gin Daisy cocktail with a nod to a Singapore Sling, this drink contains innovative ingredients that create a truly layered and refreshing experience. The name You, Me, and Deiji refers to the Yuzu (You), Ume (Me), and Deiji which is Japanese for Daisy. The botanicals of the gin shine and compliment the flavors of Japanese plum and cherry, While the yuzu and lime help create a wonderful acidity and lightness, and the shiso adds a slight spice note on the finish.
