Pistachio Orgeat

Pistachio orgeat: a nut syrup built on pistachios in place of (or alongside) the traditional almond base of classic orgeat, with orange-flower water accent. Used in modern tiki and craft riffs on the Mai Tai, Japanese Cocktail, and Army & Navy where a greener, less-sweet nut profile is wanted.
